4. Offer Compliance and Campaign Rules

Offers may be assigned to you by our affiliate managers. All campaign activities must follow the offer instructions. We reserve the right to reverse leads, withhold payments, or suspend accounts found in violation.

• All payments are subject to verification and fraud review.
• Delays or denials may occur if suspicious activity is detected.
• We may withhold or revoke earnings from non-compliant or fraudulent actions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Markham, Ontario.
